I hate to say this but Neil Lennon has made numerous mistakes, but his catastrophic one was not telling Peter Lawell to keep his nose out of football affairs. No self respecting manager would have put up with Lawell's interfering behaviour.
Neil Lennon has consciously allowed his Celtic reputation to be tarnished by a penny pinching, interfering, egotistical, controlling, non footballing, non entity of an accountant. Lennon in his career has seen off better people than this clown. He should have done the same this time. I believe he will come to regret not having done so. Sad.

Likely missd out on a big chance today but it's not over yet.
not just luck went against us - sevcos total filth shud hav been red carded first half on his 100% studs intent on Frimpong, but thats the SFA for ya. corrupt wen not amateur.

Going 2 b very hard to pull back now, but its far from over, a long way to go.
Wud only b over today if sevco were a top side, theyre far from even a good side, as was shown until Bitton fuckd it all up.
Celtic performance today would have won 9 out of 10 times, but sevco today had luck & a bent ref.
But luck ends, Celtic just got to keep going.

Disappointed with the way the dominance has ended tbh if we had been beat by a side like the Tommy burns team of the 90s I would have said that the best team won the league but we have self imploded and cost our own downfall along with everyone else helping them get to where they are at the moment.

This could be a blessing in disguise though as it means a cycle must end and we have to look at where we want to go as a club from the bottom up, in my honest well paid opinion 😜 i think Desmond should go and lawell should follow first and foremost, im sick of seeing all this pish about how Desmond still holds out for the pipe dream of making quick bucks down south in the advertising league.

We need reformed and to look outside the box more often we need to look at bringing a more European style game to our play and finding a good manager who is tactically astute with a good coaching team with specialist coaches a new structured scouting system that looks around the world for talent not just Scandinavian countries Ireland and England...

We need to look at implementing more fan based structures around the stadium and within the stadium, more fan interaction and protection for our fans against the discrimination of the police and preferably hire security staff that are celtic fans and aren't power hungry to throw hard working fans out.

We need to look at media and produce more fan based programmes and engage more on a social basis with the fans and the wide world.

The potential at our club is so great but with the viually impaired board we have just now we will continue to stagnate, if apple could fire Steve jobs then lawell and Co are definitely not unsackable.

What does everyone else think we need to move forward wholly as a club, fan base and entity?

Madden was a good ref today? Seriously? Must've been watching different games CG.

Madden gave them every 50-50 decision going, awarded them free kicks every time they went to ground while he continually denied us blatant ones, Moreloss got away with murder as usual and Davis should have been sent packing.

Aye he was a good ref today.....for that mob!

He set the tactics and we battered them today. It is clear to me that the players take the lions share of the problems this year. He has a part to play but just focus on Eddy for example.... what has he done all year? Turned up for France but for Celtic? Griff could not get off his lazy ass. McGregor has hardly kicked a ball all season, Christie is playing for himself this season, No Forrest or Johnstone. Who else do we have for width in the team?
I understand why people want to make this all the managers fault but he doesn't kick a ball. How do you light a fire under Eddy's arse.... drop him? People such as Ajeti, Barkas, and a few others should not be at Celtic but this is what the manager has to work with. Sign a big IRISH carthorse and try to make him turn in less than 15 minutes. I could go on but like everybody else I am too angry. Just too easy to blame Lennon for it all.

No other manager in Europe would have survived what lenny has this season...all because of who he is...and for a club the size of celtic that is fucking disgraceful. Barnes didnt get away with it, neither did Mowbury. Lennon has oversaw is being knocked out of Europe, twice, being utterly humiliated in the europa. We have been knocked out a cup and sit 19 points behind the league leaders in January. If any other manager had started the season, like Howe or Clarke, in charge of celtic and we were in the position we are now there would not be a single fan defending them. Such small club mentality to support a guy who has failed us just cause he wore the jersey. He will always be a club legend but to keep defending the guy!! I dont get it.

Lennon chose not give turnbull and soro a chance. 2 players who could have made a difference. He chose to play formation and tactics that weren't working. Does he not take training?? It seemed he was only seeing our formation on matchday. He has no idea how to make proper in match decisions, hence the reason we finish every match with players all over the place. Its his job to get guys like eddy fired up. Rodgers managed it....thats his failings as a manager. If he is incapable of managing players, for whatever reason, he shouldn't be in the job.

I know you are probably more right than wrong Gary. I am just so disappointed after that.
