fitness levels of some rangers players is staggeringly odd – playing > 60 games , recent multiple extra time games, 2 games in a week and still the players were getting up and down the pitch like start of season.
Someone suggested steroids from asthma – we will never find out but its highly suspicious.
Thye deserved their win bcoz hearts were simply pathetic for a cup finalist of any sort.
Bassey best player on the pitch and will be sold for good profit – Soutter better than goldson and will improve them next season.
We need ball playing physicality to get better

Was it fitness trainer Raymond Verheijen or was it the doping that made various national teams of Varssevelder Guus Hiddink so fit at various world championships? German journalist Thomas Kistner asks this question in his new book SHOT, the Algemeen Dagblad (AD) reports.
Hiddink coached South Korea, Australia and Russia from 2002 through 2008, respectively. With these countries, which are not considered to be the top of the world, Hiddink always went far. This was mainly due to the enormous fitness of those teams.
Hiddink finished third with South Korea at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Italian journalists went to tell fitness trainer Verheijen in 2002 when Italy was eliminated against the Koreans. Raymond Verheijen, who worked under Hiddink, called those doping questions the greatest compliment of his career. But says Kistner, “The walking ability was remarkable. You had to shoot those South Koreans to make them stop running.'
"What do those guys do at a workout?"
And there was also success at the 2006 World Cup, when Hiddink was the national coach of Australia. The Achterhoeker's team excelled with great stamina and the Socceroos regularly scored in the last minutes.
In 2008 Hiddink was the national coach of Russia. Three days after a tough game against Sweden, the Russians met the Dutch national team. In total, the team covered a formidable distance of 143.7 kilometers during the race. Striker Arshavin excelled. The press called him 'a cyclist who completed the toughest mountain stage in the Tour de France.' And Willi Ruttensteiner of the Austrian Football Association openly wondered what "those guys do during training."
"Why isn't the whole world using that training method?"
That is also the question that the German journalist Kistner asks himself in his book. 'I discussed Raymond Verheijen's training method with doctors. It is possible, but not everything can be explained. For example, the energy that these very mediocre teams showed at key moments is inexplicable. Besides, if that training method is so sensational and demonstrably makes players better, why hasn't the whole world embraced it yet?'
'Don't draw conclusions'
The journalist of the Süd-Deutsche zeitung does not want to draw any conclusions, but finds it strange. 'It's amazing how Hiddink managed to turn colorless and hopeless teams into energetic tournament monsters.' With the book, Kistner wants to start the discussion about doping in football. "FIFA is sweeping this under the rug, I want to prove it's ridiculous what they want us to believe."
Well done Kelly, and may well have uncovered something that the whole of Scottish football should have great concerns about.interesting copied from another site seems alot of folk think somethings not right with sevcos fitness levels
Dutch article asking whether doping is the reason Hiddink was able to turn “colourless and hopeless teams into energetic tournament monsters”, referring to South Korea 2002, Australia 2006, and Russia 2008. All of whom Sevco’s current fitness coach worked for at those junctures.

One theory suggests that Russia's Euro 2008 campaign may have benefited from a state-run doping programmewww.independent.co.uk
did anyone go down with cramp yesterday after playing 120m in 35 degree heat only 3 days before ?
this Sevco fitness guy who has seemingly turned the full squad into athletes akin to Popeye on steroids has an interesting CV. Incredibly since 2000 and pitching up at Ibrox last year he has had 14 different jobs. I've heard of having itchy feet but that's ridiculous.
