This is interesting. Should Cochrane not have been charged with feigning injury and conning the referee? He went down holding his face when there was clearly no contact with his face and there wasn't a mark on it , not even a scratch.

Apparently the SFA have stated it was a studs to face challenge. Now if that’s not true then someone has lied or the photographic evidence is questionable. And if it’s questionable then Beaton the Hun has to go…

I’m thinking Beaton has intentionally chosen photographic evidence that wasn’t studs to face, but from the photo Beaton specifically chose to show Robertson it was possible. He then suggested to Robertson that it was studs to face and Robertson duly obliged in showing a red.
What actually happened in real time was conveniently forgotten.
