Celtic v Hibs - All comments here

Just got back home to deepest Ayrshire after dropping my son in law off in The Deer Green place.
Thought our play first half was terrific. Certainly worthy of more than a 2 goal lead. Second half, for me we dipped a wee bit, although I didn't think Hibs troubled is too much.
Much to be happy with,.Hatate looks class already. Maeda's off the mark too. Just thought at times the ball didn't run for him. Still, got to be happy with all three. Hopefully they have great things ahead.
Also good to see Abada looking like his confidence is returning. Add the fact that Forrest actually looked fit and it augurs well.
The pleasing thing for me is the fact that quite a number players NOT playing tonight are also more than capable of contributing.
Downside is we really need to start converting our chances. Overall though, delighted.HH

Spot on Frank, and couldn't agree more about converting our chances, a goal for Hibs in that 2nd half and we're under pressure. We still restricted their chances though and I thought our defence didn't allow them many chances and can't remember them having a set piece around the box or gave them a single corner.

Big CCV looks like he strolls through the game without getting his knickers in a twist.
Best central defender we've had in years Shammy, he's not flashy just does the right thing pretty much every time, hardly makes a mistake.
Was impressed with Starfish tonight though, maybe a few weeks training with Ange and the team has helped him, looked assured tonight.

The guy's a 'unit' and he's rock solid, loves the physical side of our league
I thought big Starfelt had a good game today, he won everything in the air and made some good interceptions at times
Let's not forget, we've got Ralston and Welsh on the bench, along with Kyogo, Bitton, etc
I think we'll give some teams a tanking as the season goes on
I don't think it was anything Hibs did in the second half, more like we took our foot off the gas a bit
A bit more finishing, and we're golden
Anybody see that Hibs boy's baws, when he blocked that shot from Reo ?
"That's a nice wee bow tie, you've got there my man"
That was a stonker of a shot
HH

Totally buzzing after that game..Won without arguably 3 of our best players in Kyogo,Jota(Very late sub) and Turnbull..All my mates and family told me to stick a few quid on Maeda to score first , i missed the boat..Hatate looks like genuine quality , his passing and composure are first class..Forrest back playing like that , is like signing a topclass new player..Starfelt played like a man possessed maybe with the thought of Jullian in the wings..First half was excellent ..I know Taylor/Abada are getting beatdowns on other forums but i thought both did ok..CCV plays like a pumped up Paul McGrath :)

Hibs played ok as in possession but offered nothing after 2 mins to trouble Hart which tells its own story but im sure they will give plenty of teams problems especially Rangers*..Exciting times ahead with the only slight downside our missed chances again..Some team is going to get a total roasting shortly ..Lets hope Brownie puts in a shift tomorrow night :)

Turnwho? Hatate has the Roberts factor, meaning improve or move, Turnbull now has a serious challenger for his place.

I've been disappointed with Turnbull this season, he was one of the few I'd have given pass marks to last season, in fact I thought we'd be building a team around him but he's not stepped up this season imo, Reo was more impressive in an hour than Turnbull has been all season.
