I don't give a shit about the media either but I give a shit about the damage they could do to our club by focusing all their attention on us and giving the 3 wise monkeys treatment to the other mob's wrongdoings.

You only have to look at what happens with the whole retrospective punishment issue when it comes to players being dragged up in front of the SFA blazers to get a taste of what's to come, anytime anything untoward happens on the pitch it's the howling TV and press coverage that spurs the SFA into action and it ain't that mob's wrongdoings they howl about.

Last night just ramped the pressure up 10 straight domestic wins since the return from the winter break. That's my point Boab the MSM say nothing when that mob's in full flow with their 'up to their knees in fenian blood' shite but highlight every single instance when our fans step out of line so if strict liability is brought in then who do you think is going to pay the biggest price given the fact the SFA only act when they're feeling the heat from a howling media?

Strict liability will not be required at Celtic Park you could hang your hat on that and as for away games names and addresses of all in attendance through a scheme, Celtic own the tickets.
Also after the game and outwith a confinement area you are no longer under the liability you go to jail and pay your own fine.
How could it not be like this, has to be, you cannot stick a scarf on and make a cnut of yourself to get another club in bother
