The cheating cunts are making it up as they go along. If it was offside then no need for VAR to call the ref to the sideline monitor - they decide that with lines and advise the ref either offside or onside.
They have decided Spain were not going to concede that goal and invented a non-existant foul. Then - only after they are ridiculed all over social media for the most ridiculous decision - did they the change their minds 15 minutes later and said it was for offside.
It is cheating - pure and simple. Even the Spanish goalie or defenders never claimed for a foul and yet they claim for every petty little thing.

Someone put up a picture of the referee signalling for a foul. So which is it? Game was bent. And UEFA have been caught out being bent. Scotland should be, at least, asking questions.

I have never heard of or seen a ref checking for offside, even if the ref is looking for interfering with play (not that the goalie could get to the shot anyway).
