Good luck my Celtic friend,got bad arthritis in both knees but my saying is,if I can stand up I can play golf,and I do 4co codamol a spoon full off morphine and am off round the course on my buggy,so you keep playing as long as you can ,my other saying is a bad game off golf is better than a 12 hour shift on a wee brush lorry,

I'm exercising everyday noo that am retired in between plenty of schedules the wife has set out for me.
I'm a young retiree in my 60's so I cherish every moment I don't have to get up to go to my work in what was a pressurised environment for over 40 years .
I've had my moments of health scares and ongoing problems since and am aware they won't go away but I have to embrace my freedom as it stands and for me that means I'm fortunate today... that's all I can ask for. HH !!

Cheers Jammy, doesn't make any sense to dwell on stuff you have no control over, we're here for a good time, not a long time, as the song goes...must stick that on the music nostalgia thread...I've got the wee yin beside me on the ouch and Georgia is lying on her lap... A great Sunday, watched the Bhoys be victorious, then took her for brunch, then to the Mall, where she picked a white tiger stuffy to ride around on, and finally home, and built a fire, then she went on her tablet, and Georgia came up and snuggled in beside her on the couch...
