They fail to see that employment insurance is used for unforseen circumstances such as what happened. Celtic will be insured like all corporations are. Bigger, Better that what annoys them it's not football that gets them it's bigotry and racism that has them tangled up in lies from generation to generation. FFS they publicly announced in 1960s it is alright to batter their wifes if they get beat, what does that say and what chance if you are a supporter of Celtic.

Dont think anyone would escape the scrutiny and disclosures needed nowadays to operate in these institutions regards young people. Nothing to do with Duff and Phelps they tried a CVA it failed and the rest is history. You also cannot buy a business unless you accept liability in litigation cases, you would need to buy assets in a liquidation sale, tractors, machinery, Intellectual Property like badge, crest hence Charlies basket of assetts and then and only then find gullible punters to believe in moonbeams and tooth fairies.

The lawsuit will be against the klub not the “holding company” that apparently went bust got liquidated

The two faced lying Huns are caught between a rock and a hard place here, do they do as Celtic have done and try and settle out of court, thereby admitting they had their own in-house pedo’s or do they go to court and argue their case that they are indeed a new klub……more work for the rainjurs lawyers

Both scenarios won’t be appealing to the Huns
