I've only read good things about this lad McKenzie but never seen him play (I avoid YouTube highlight reels as I reckon they could make me look as good as Messi). I'm with you on getting players in early but it never ever happens. We should always have a list of potential players that is being updated and contacts made with agents, etc, to suss out if they are even interested in coming to us.
