Where does the Celtic Board consider their priorities lie

It is the shareholders. That is the board's legal obligation is to look after the interests of them. However, usually with sporting institutions, these are fans as well so are more inclined to prioritise the playing side to secure as much as success as possible while operating within the relevant financial & legal constraints. Although, obviously clubs who play out of a certain asbestos riddled crumbledome do not adhere to all the rules or laws!

The Celtic boards priority in these times of flux in the world , are to keep us in good shape financially for the inevitable global collapse of the unsustainable modern game..only some folk get this long term strategy while others howl incessantly at the moon demanding that money be thrown at short term fixes...

We've been hearing about the impending financial collapse of football for a couple of decades now. How the English bubble will burst and tv deals collapse. They are no closer to that happening yet.

How is it that any fan who wants sensible and sustainable investment in the playing side (the whole point of most businesses who call themselvas a football club) get dismissed by Board apologists as moon howlers and get lectured about what happened to Deaco?

Like there is no middle ground between our ultra-prudence/cash hording and the financial suicide that that lot practiced (as is the case for 99% of football clubs)!
