His main problem so far for me, is he is watching games that we all do and somehow sees us playing well. He keeps going with formations that don't work. When he went with no strikers in the CL qualifier then doubled down on that system by doing the same the next game, which showed me he asunder severe pressure to try and justify himself, instead of just putting his hands up and saying he got it wrong. Saturday once again had most of us shaking our head and thinking we are going to create fuckall. And that is exactly what we did. Thats not leadership. If he couldn't see that Broony, Ntcham and McGreggor would huff and puff and do fuck all is serious misjudgement. Big Sutton is doing his best to protect his pal, but, for me he has lost a bit of credibility. He slaughtered Ronnie, yet, Lenny has been in charge of the two most pathetic performances against them in my life and not a peep. Lenny needs to see the situation as it is rather than how wants it to be. I want him to get it right formational reasons, but no one can fuck us up because they cannot fix it no matter who you are. He needs to start the resurgence on Thursday to show he at least accepts changes need to happen. Tactics too need improved. Maybe even deployed for the first time this season. I wish him well.

There is no hiding place for that'd it can only fixed by Lenny. He is more worried about the mole than he is his whole approach has been a disaster since he fucked up in the CL due to going full Levein. if we lose the two games against the Dons, he will need to be replaced, we can't sacrifice the 10 because he can't sort it. Sad as that will be, it wont come near how sad fucking this up will be. Tonight will tell us a lot, I hope he gets it right.

Don’t agree with everything you say mate but and this is my opinion which means absolutely fuck all the players bought into the snake and tbh made players better , the players don’t seem imo to have the same confidence in NFL and to be truthful apart fae wee Frimpong don’t see any improvement of any players in fact lots have went back the way
