It's him surely. The black and white photo is him a wee bit older.
Same shape to the face and hairline with the same part in the hair.

I'm thinking they look alike, but the boy on the right has a bigger pair of lugs, do we know for sure thats even a football shirt, could be a rugby player for all I know. I can't make out the background too well with my dodgy eyes, is he defo standing on Celtic Park?
