I see it as Ange reaping the benefits of being successful.
Hes been given the opportunity to bring his own staff to the club.
He wasnt at first , whether that was time restraints or just wasnt allowed to Idk.
If Ange reckons this is a great idea then I'm all for it.

I read that Ange is going to change things up and the B team are going to train full time at Barrowfield where the first team train. He wants their training to emulate the first team which should help that awkward transition for our talented youngsters.

Hopefully this very obvious improvement will create a conveyor belt of talent rather than discard youngsters because they are unsuitable and so have to spend money on outsiders.

This being the case, it means Stephen McManus will play in an important role in developing more first team ready players.
