The Club do this type of event really well, 50.

I guess we all feel taken for granted some times, but these kinds of things are a great way of getting fans involved and giving something back.

Here's hoping the new kit will properly acknowledge 50 hard earned titles which were won the good old-fashioned within-the-rules way.

My Mrs is a Holistic Therapist, she was excellent at it, unfortunately a stroke 10yrs ago & a period of bad health. means she no longer does it for a living. But when her health allows her, I get as many treatments as therapist decides.

So I don't do Spa's,. You staying off those energy drinks?

Ach no need to apologise, she's got about 90% of her movement on left side & 90% brain activity back, her short term memory is poor sometimes which makes every day an adventure.

Good to hear your getting off the energy drinks ???
